Things for you to do…
VERY IMPORTANT READ THIS!!!!

1) If you have not filled out the “Seller Info Sheet” please get with your Property Specialist and ask them to send this to you so that it can be filled out. Or simply CLICK THIS LINK and fill out the sheet.

2) Please write down the CLOSING DATE and mark it on your calendar. As that date approaches, the attorney’s office or our team will contact you for the exact time, date, and location for the closing.

3) Please stay in touch with the Director of disposition (Michael Muzquiz Michael@ppsrei.com, 828-719-8628) and with the attorney’s office. If we contact you, please answer the phone or call us back. Many times, the attorney’s office needs to ask questions about your file so things can keep moving in the right direction.

You must fill in the Seller information sheet so that the attorney can prepare the closing. Do not delay please fill this out now and send it back to your PROPERTY SPECIALIST, emails below.
