How Did We Become Property Problem Solvers?
My name is Laura Jean, most people call me "Gena". I was adopted into a loving family in Griffin, GA many years ago and it has been my home ever since. I was married for 40 years, and we raised a family in this community. Times were not always easy. We had to struggle, maybe you can relate? Going through tough times makes you strong and it makes you a problem solver.
It was my dream to own my own business, so in the 80s I started a company called Ford Realty and I operated that business for 25 years. I pride myself in the fact that I helped hundreds of people become first-time homeowners. We helped shape their American dream, and that is why our slogan was "We Make Dreams Come True."
On countless occasions first-time home buyers had problems... I became known around town as the property problem solver!
"Go to Gena, she can fix it!" they would say.
In recent years my family and I have taken on the task of helping families and individuals get rid of problem houses. Your house does not need to be "ugly" for me to help you. While our company is not a fit for everyone in the real estate market, if you have a sticky situation, a problem that needs to be solved... let my team help you. There is nothing we have not conquered.

Jason Statham, Owner and Co-Founder
Jason is a Georgia native, born and raised in Griffin, GA. He bought and renovated his first house when he was just 18 years old, and he has been hooked on helping people with houses ever since.
Before starting Property Problem Solvers, Jason owned his own Georgia appraisal company for eight years that completed more than 10,000 appraisals. That experience is why we never make a guess on your house. Every offer is backed by real research into what homes in your area are actually worth.
From 2017 to 2021 Jason owned a HomeVestors franchise, and he was ranked the #1 home buyer in America three years in a row, from 2018 through 2020. Today he and the Property Problem Solvers team have helped the owners of more than 1,000 houses across Georgia.

Michael Muzquiz, a true Problem Solver
Michael has been a Property Problem Solver since 2019. In that time he has come to take great pride in being part of a team that helps people with their property problems. Service to others is basically in Michael’s blood. He comes from a military family (his father, both of his siblings and he all served in the U.S. military).
Michael cherishes his time with his family. He loves to dote on his grandchildren, and even counts a few fur babies among his family. Michael and his wife Robin (who met while skydiving) love beach trips and hiking in the Georgia mountains.
