Property Problem Solvers LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects and uses personal information from people who ask us about selling real estate. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how we get and record your permission to contact you, and the choices you have.

This policy covers interactions through:

• Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Google search and ads
• Phone, text message (SMS), and email

Information We Collect

Information you give us:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Property address and property details
• Any other information you choose to share with us

Information collected automatically when you submit a form on our website:

• Your IP address
• The date and time of your submission
• Browser and device type (user agent)
• Device time zone, screen size, and language setting
• The page you submitted the form from
• Whether you checked the contact consent box, and the exact consent wording shown to you
• A TrustedForm certificate (see "How We Record Your Consent" below)

We may also collect general website usage data through cookies and similar tools, such as the pages you visit and how you interact with them.

How We Use Information

• To respond to your inquiry about selling your property
• To evaluate your property and make offers
• To follow up by phone, text message, or email, as described below
• To keep records of your contact preferences and consent
• To improve our marketing and operations

We do NOT sell your personal information.

Communication and Consent

Our website forms include an optional checkbox that reads "Yes, contact me." Checking it is not required to submit your information, and consent is not a condition of any purchase, sale, or service.

If you check the box, you give your prior express written consent for Property Problem Solvers LLC to contact you at the phone number and email you provided about the sale or purchase of your property and related offers, including by:

• Live agent calls
• Automated telephone dialing systems
• Artificial or AI-generated voice calls
• Prerecorded or automated voice messages
• Ringless voicemail
• Text messages (SMS)
• Email

This consent applies even if your number is on a state or federal Do-Not-Call list. It is given only to Property Problem Solvers LLC and is not shared with or transferred to any other company. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help.

If you do not check the box, we will still receive your request. We may reply by email or by a phone call placed manually by a member of our team about the property you asked about. We will not contact you with automated dialing, artificial or AI-generated voice, prerecorded messages, or text messages unless you give us consent later.

AI Voice Agents and Call Recording

Some of our calls are made or answered by AI voice agents that use an artificial voice. Calls with our team or our AI voice agents may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and record-keeping.

How We Record Your Consent

When you submit a form on our website, we record the information listed under "Information collected automatically" so we have proof of whether you gave consent, when, and what wording you saw. This record is stored with your information in our customer management system.

Our website uses TrustedForm, a service provided by ActiveProspect, Inc., to independently document form submissions. TrustedForm captures details of your visit to the form page, such as the page content, your interactions with the form, the time, and your IP address and browser details, and creates a certificate that verifies the submission. How to Stop Communications (Revoke Consent)

You can revoke your consent or opt out at any time, by any reasonable method, including:

• Replying STOP to any text message
• Using the unsubscribe link in any email
• Telling us to stop on any call

We will honor your request promptly, and no later than 10 business days after we receive it.

Text Messaging (SMS)

We send text messages only to people who have given consent. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Sharing Information

We only share information:

• With service providers that help us run our business, such as our customer management system, phone and text messaging providers, email providers, automation tools, and consent documentation services (including TrustedForm)
• With partners directly involved in evaluating or buying your property, such as title companies and closing attorneys
• If required by law

We do NOT sell leads or your personal information.

Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is 100 percent secure.

Data Retention

We keep consent records (your consent choice, the consent wording, date and time, IP address, device details, and any TrustedForm certificate) for at least 5 years from the date of your submission so we can document our compliance. We keep other information only as long as needed for business or legal purposes.

Your Rights

You can:

• Ask to see the information we have about you
• Ask us to correct or delete your information, except records we must keep to document consent or meet legal requirements
• Opt out of communications at any time

Children

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed.
