These Terms of Use apply to your use of this website and your communications with Property Problem Solvers LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Nature of Business

We are a real estate investment and wholesaling company.

We:

Buy properties directly
Put properties under contract
Assign or novate contracts
Resell to other buyers

You understand:

We may assign our contract to another buyer
We may profit from that assignment
We are acting as a principal, not your agent

We are NOT your fiduciary unless explicitly agreed in writing.

No Agency Relationship

No agency or brokerage relationship exists unless separately agreed.

Communication Consent

Our website forms include an optional checkbox labeled "Yes, contact me." You do not have to check it to submit your information, and consent is not a condition of any purchase, sale, or service.

Consent is given only to Property Problem Solvers LLC and is not shared with or transferred to any other company. If you do not check the box, we may still reply to your request by email or by a phone call placed manually by our team, but we will not use automated dialing, artificial or AI-generated voice, prerecorded messages, or text messages to contact you.

We record proof of your consent choice, including the date and time, your IP address, browser and device details, the consent wording shown, and a TrustedForm certificate, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI Voice Agents and Call Recording

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Program: Property Problem Solvers LLC sends text messages about your property inquiry, offers, appointments, and follow-ups to people who have given consent.
Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Revoking Consent

You can revoke consent at any time by any reasonable method, including replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in any email, telling us to stop on any call, emailing jason@ppsrei.com, or calling (404) 531-1671. We will honor your request promptly, and no later than 10 business days after we receive it.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

Georgia law applies.
